Wrong Product Price at Checkout
Correct a product price that appears incorrectly on the AiWeapX POS checkout screen.
On this page1. Identify the affected product2. Open Products3. Correct and save4. Verify before completing the sale
1. Identify the affected product
Note the product and price shown at checkout.
2. Open Products
Find the product in Products and review its selling price or variant price.
3. Correct and save
Enter the intended selling price and save the product.
4. Verify before completing the sale
Return to Point of Sale, add the item again and confirm the correct price before taking payment.
