How to Process a Customer Return
Create a return in AiWeapX POS and record the correct returned items and quantities.
1. Open Returns
Open Returns from the menu.
2. Create Return
Choose Create Return and identify the related sale/customer information.
3. Add returned items
Select each returned product, quantity and reason.
4. Review and complete
Check the return carefully before completing it.
