1. Choose the correct method
Use Purchases for supplier stock received. Use Stock Adjustment for corrections or stock changes outside a normal purchase/sale.
2. Open the relevant screen
Open Purchases or Stock Adjustment.
3. Enter product and quantity
Select the product and enter the quantity and required details.
4. Save and verify
Save, then check Products to confirm the new quantity.
